Born in Ibaraki, Japan, in 1977.
He entered Tokyo University of the Arts in 1999 and studied under YASUKI HIRAMATSU from 2002 to 2010, received his master’s degree from Tokyo University of the Arts in 2005, worked as an assistant and part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts from 2005 to 2010, and has been an associate professor at Kobe Design University since 2017.
In 2013, he was awarded the Schmuck 2013 Hebert Hofmann Prize and was selected for Schmuck 2014/2016/2018/2020.
He participated in art and jewelry exhibitions around the world.
